feel and surf  is a unique experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reducing stress through a powerful blend of therapeutic listening and surfing.

feel and surf is for anyone seeking a safe space to reconnect with themselves, their body, and what truly matters through presence, emotion, and nature.


Whether you're going through a transition, feeling overwhelmed, searching for meaning, or simply needing to pause — this experience is for you.


You don’t need any prior experience in therapy or surfing. Just a willingness to feel and be present.

Sessions

One-on-One Session

(approximately to 2 to 2.5 hours)

Part 1 - Therapeutic Listening Space

60 min

A confidential and supportive conversation space guided by principles of logotherapy. Together, we explore meaning, values, and your inner world through focused dialogue and gentle reflection.

Part 2 - Surf Session

60-90 min

An embodied experience in the ocean, emphasizing mindfulness, connection with nature, and personal growth. No prior surfing experience is needed—the sea meets you exactly as you are.

The lenght and rhythm of the surf session may vary depending on ocean conditions, energy levels, and previous surfing experience.

This method offers a complementary pathway to traditional therapies, supporting emotional balance through the powerful combination of inner reflection and ocean-based experience. Each session is unique and individually tailored to meet you where you are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What to bring?

  • Comfortable clothing for walking and movement
  • Swimwear and a towel
  • Sunscreen and water
  • An open mind and heart


Surfboards, wetsuits, and all session materials are provided.

Location

We will meet in Miramar, Argentina, where the rhythm of the  ocean invites you to slow down, reconnect, and breathe more deeply.


Depending on the conditions and the experience, sessions may take place in different areas of the coast, always choosing the environment that best supports the process.

About me

The person behind Feel and Surf

Federico María Petersen

Lifeguard, surf coach and logotheraphy counselor, guide in processes of personal change.


I've been surfing for over 30 years. The sea has been my teacher and my home since I was a child. I’ve worked as a lifeguard and surf instructor for 25 years, but the moments that truly shaped my life didn’t happen on the shore—they came from two serious accidents that brought me face to face with death… and with life.


At 47, a late diagnosis of ADHD helped me deeply understand my life, my behavior, the reasons for my accidents, and, above all, how the ocean and surfing became a path toward meaning, presence, and inner alignment,


It was the moment I decided to bring all my experiences together in a personal project that united my passions: the ocean, listening, and the meaning of life.


That’s how feel and surf was born.
